How do we find the apartments?
Both apartments are located in the Marlin Waters building at 131 Williams Esplanade, Palm Cove.
We notice that the apartments are located in a building known as Marlin Waters yet marketed as On Palm Cove Beachfront Apartments, why is this?
These apartments are independantly owned and are managed by the REIQ licensed resident managers who live on site. If you will be arriving outside office hours please let us know so we can arrange access to your apartment, otherwise the key will be available at the front office of the building on your arrival.
How do we get to the apartments from the airport?
Arrangements can be made with the following coach company. You will then be met in the arrivals hall at the airport and taken to the apartments. The cost is approx. $40 per couple. Alternatively the cost of a taxi would be approx. $70. Please confirm current prices at the time of booking.

Deposit
A deposit of $200 is required to confirm a booking and the balance is payable on arrival
Cancellation Policy
A full refund of deposit will be made if cancelled 28 days prior to arrival.
Payments
Bookings can be confirmed with Visa or Master Card or by direct transfer to the Trust Account of the REIQ licensed managing agents if requested
