How do we find the apartments?

Both apartments are located on the northern end of the Marlin Waters building at 131 Williams Esplanade, Palm Cove. Take the lift at the rear of the building to the 2nd level and then turn left to find Unit 9 known as “Melaleuca” and to the 4th level and turn left to find Unit 21 known as “Hibiscus”
We notice that the apartments are located in a building known as Marlin Waters yet marketed as On Palm Cove Beachfront Apartments, why is this?

These apartments are individually owned and are managed by Palm Cove Real Estate whose office is at Shop 5, 115 Williams Esplanade in the Paradise Village Shopping Centre next door to the Post Office. See map on the “Location” section of this web site. The apartments are not managed by Marlin Waters.
How do we arrange access to the apartment?

Keys are collected from Palm Cove Real Estate, whose office is very close by. If you are arriving outside office hours please ensure that Palm Cove Real Estate are aware of your estimated time of arrival so that other arrangements can be made. How do we get to the apartments from the airport?

Arrangements can be made with either of the following coach companies for your flight to be met and you will then be met at the airport and delivered to the apartments. The cost is approx. $20 per person. Alternatively the cost of a taxi would be approx. $70. Please confirm current prices at the time of booking.

What is the difference between the apartments known as “Melaleuca” and “Hibiscus”?

Floor plans are identical with individual décor. They are both constantly updated to maintain a high standard by owners who use them regularly for their own holidays.
Melaleuca is apartment 9 on the 2nd level and Hibiscus is apartment 21 on the 4th level.
